I have been photographing weddings for more than ten years, on my own, from the morning of the preparations to the last light of the evening.
What I look for above all is the atmosphere: what rises from your day and belongs to it alone. No two weddings are ever alike, and my photographs should remember that.
I work in natural light and as naturally as possible. I do not have scenes replayed and I do not direct where people look. The images that last are the ones nobody prepared. That does not rule out beautiful couple portraits: that is the moment when you step away for a while, when I take my time, and when there is no one left but the two of you.
Based in Burgundy, two and a half hours south of Paris, I travel wherever love takes me, across France and abroad. Châteaux, wine estates, family homes.
After the wedding, every photograph is selected and edited one by one, in natural, luminous tones that will age well. You receive an online gallery, simple to share with the people you love.
And I give you a printed photo book, so that your images exist somewhere other than on a screen.
A note for couples coming from abroad: I am used to working with guests who speak no French, and to the rhythm of a destination wedding. Write to me in English, I will answer in English.
